Missing Registration Key
You need a registration key to unlock the software. If you lost your registration key or due to email delivery error haven't received a registration key within 3 business days after purchase, you may request the key be sent back to you again from here.

Re-download Software
As our customer, you can download and install the software at any time from downloads. You'll be prompted to enter your Registration Key to remove the trial mode time limitation. Describe the problem in details in email and mention which product you are using so that we can better help you.

Q: When will I receive my license code after I complete the order?
A: Normally you'll receive the license code by E-mail immediately after your successful purchase. If you haven't received the E-mail in several hours, maybe there's something wrong (for example, our E-mail is blocked by your E-mail service provider). Please contact us at support@99softs.com (You should make your OrderID enclosed). Another E-mail address is very important to avoid the E-mail sending failure.
